Refund policy — and the payment protection behind it

You should never pay for something that doesn't work — so with us you're covered twice. First by our own written policy: we confirm your channels before you pay, fix problems fast, replace what can't be fixed, and refund if we still can't deliver. Second by your payment itself: because we take PayPal and card, you keep a dispute route as a backstop. Two safety nets, where most sellers offer none.

TL;DR
  • Two safety nets: our written policy and your PayPal/card dispute rights.
  • Our order: confirm before payment → fix → replace → refund.
  • Refunds in 5–7 business days, back to the method you paid with.

Your two layers of protection

A refund policy is only as good as your ability to enforce it. That's why paying us by a disputable method matters — it stacks a second, independent safety net on top of our promise:

This is the opposite of an anonymous seller who takes only irreversible payment and offers no policy — there you'd have zero nets. More on choosing a method: how to pay for IPTV safely.

The order we work in

  1. Confirm before payment. You tell us your country, channels and device; we confirm coverage in writing before you send anything — this prevents most problems before they exist.
  2. Fix first. If something breaks, message us on WhatsApp. Most issues — buffering, a missing channel, a login problem — are fixed in minutes.
  3. Replace. If a fault on our side can't be fixed, we replace your subscription with a working one at no cost, for the time you had left.
  4. Refund. If we can't fix it and can't replace it, you get your money back — no argument.

How your refund comes back

Refunds return to the same method you paid with, so there's a clean trail on both sides:

  • PayPal — back to your PayPal balance or funding source, usually the quickest.
  • Card — reversed to the card you used, typically within your bank's normal window.
  • Bank transfer / crypto — refunded to an account or wallet you give us; note these carry no independent dispute route, which is exactly why we suggest a disputable method for a first order.

We deduct only fees the payment provider itself charges on the transfer — never a charge of our own.

What's covered — and what isn't

A refund applies when…It doesn't when…
The service fails on the setup we approved before purchaseYour internet is below our published speeds or too unstable to stream
Channels we confirmed before payment go missing and can't be restoredYou're on a device we flagged as unsupported before you bought
A fault on our side that fixing and replacing didn't resolveYou change your mind after normal use of a working service

In short: if we promised it and it doesn't work, you're covered; if the cause sits outside the service, it falls to you — and we tell you which before you pay, not after.

How to request one

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and what went wrong. We'll try to fix it first — genuinely the fastest path back to watching. If a refund is the right outcome, we process it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. And because you paid by a disputable method, you're never relying on our goodwill alone.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if the service doesn't work as promised on your approved setup and we can't fix or replace it, you get your money back. Refunds return to the method you paid with, within 5–7 business days, minus any transfer fee the payment provider charges.

How is this different from a normal refund policy?

You actually have two safety nets, not one. First, our written policy: we fix, replace, then refund. Second, because we take PayPal (goods & services) and card, your payment carries its own dispute/chargeback rights on top. Most sellers give you neither; we welcome both.

What happens first if something goes wrong?

We fix first. Most issues are solved in minutes over WhatsApp — a settings change, a new playlist or a server switch. If a fault on our side can't be fixed, we replace the subscription; if that fails too, we refund.

Do I have to use your policy, or can I dispute the payment?

Start with us — it's genuinely the fastest way back to watching. But because you paid by a disputable method, the PayPal/card route stays open as a backstop if we ever failed to make it right. That's the whole reason we ask you to pay by something you can dispute.

How long do refunds take?

Once agreed, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. The exact arrival depends on your payment method — card and PayPal are usually quickest.

What is not covered?

Problems outside the service itself: an internet connection below the speeds we publish, a device we flagged as unsupported before purchase, or a change of mind after normal use of a working service.

✓ The bottom line

You should never pay for something that doesn't work — and with us you don't have to trust that on faith. Our written policy fixes, replaces or refunds in that order; your PayPal or card payment keeps an independent dispute route open on top. Two safety nets beat a promise every time.
